- Precise location (only when app is open, permission granted)
- User content: photos, messages, posts
- Contacts (with permission; not stored on servers)
- Usage and analytics data
- Device identifiers
- Purchase history (no card numbers stored)
- Customer support communications
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide and improve the app
- Show relevant Loops and nearby people
- Facilitate messaging and notifications
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Meet legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your data. We share with service providers (Supabase), as required by law, or in business transfers.
5. Location
Location accessed only when app is open and permission granted. Disable in device Settings anytime.
6. Retention
Data kept while account active. Deletion within 30 days of account removal.
7. Your Rights
Request access, correction, deletion, or portability: privacy@cityloop.io. Response within 30 days.
8. Children
Not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security
HTTPS/TLS encryption and Supabase Auth protect your data.
10. Changes
Material changes notified via app or email.
